Annual Maintenance Services

Duragen Engineer provides maintenance check and repairs of Stamford generators, AC generators, and generator sets.

  • Our expert teams well experienced in the business equipped with specialized equipment.
  • The teams are able to check the electrical as well as the engine components from generators of 7.5 kVA to 5,000 kVA output.
  • Duragen offers servicing anywhere in Thailand within 24-48 hours and stand behind a servicing warranty.

General Maintenance Checklist

It’s important to note that this is a general checklist and the steps may vary depending on the specific generator model and manufacturer. It’s always best to consult the generator’s owner manual for specific maintenance requirements.

Inspections will be made every 3 – 4 months with the following items:

    • Change engine oil, cooling system, air filter, oil filter. According to the annual period
        • Doucments Check Oil Level
        • Doucments Check Coolant Level
        • Doucments Check the air filter
        • Doucments Check the fuel filter
        • Doucments Check the battery
        • Doucments Check the belt
        • Doucments Inspect the generator
    • Test the machine and system Various usage functions To keep the machine in ready-to-use condition.
        • Test run the generator
        • Check the exhaust
        • Check Alternator
    • Emergency service in case the machine is unavailable
    • Annual load testing service according to standards
