Annual Maintenance Services

Duragen Engineer provides maintenance check and repairs of Stamford generators, AC generators, and generator sets.

  • Our expert teams well experienced in the business equipped with specialized equipment.
  • The teams are able to check the electrical as well as the engine components from generators of 7.5 kVA to 5,000 kVA output.

General Maintenance Checklist

It’s important to note that this is a general checklist and the steps may vary depending on the specific generator model and manufacturer. It’s always best to consult the generator’s owner manual for specific maintenance requirements.

Inspections will be made every 3 – 4 months with the following items:

    • Change engine oil, cooling system, air filter, oil filter. According to the annual period

            • DoucmentsCheck Oil Level: Make sure the oil level in the generator is at the correct level. and the oil is clean and free from impurities.
            • DoucmentsCheck Coolant Level: Make sure the coolant level in the generator is at the correct level. and the coolant is clean and free from impurities.
            • DoucmentsCheck the air filter: Make sure the air filter is clean and not clogged with dirt. Replace the air filter if it is dirty or clogged.
            • DoucmentsCheck the fuel filter: Make sure the fuel filter is clean and not clogged with dirt. Replace the fuel filter if it is dirty or clogged.
            • DoucmentsCheck the battery: Make sure the battery is charged and in good condition. Clean battery terminals and connections.
            • DoucmentsCheck the belt: Make sure the generator belt is tight and in good condition. Replace worn or damaged belts.
            • DoucmentsInspect the generator: Visually inspect the generator. Look for signs of wear, damage, or leaks.
        • Test the machine and system Various usage functions To keep the machine in ready-to-use condition.
            • Test run the generator: Test run the generator for a short period of time to make sure it is working properly. and to check for abnormal sounds or vibrations.
            • Check the exhaust: Make sure the exhaust system is clean and free of debris.
            • Check Alternator: Make sure the alternator is working properly. and the voltage and current levels are within the normal range.
        • Emergency service in case the machine is unavailable
        • Annual load testing service according to standards
